We're a growing team and need help managing the print opportunities inside our customer base.

We are looking for a Print Account Manager to create long-term trusting relationships with our exisitng customers. The Print Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and manage the existing business plus build and seek for more new opportunities from existing clients. There is no cold calling or outside sales required for this postion

• Handle daily print jobs for our existing clients thru phone and email; Offset, Digital, Large Format, On-Demand, Mailing Services (EDDM) and more
• Coordinate printing details to meet the customer’s needs and specifications
• Seek outside quotes from print vendors for certain print jobs
• Build print orders in our internal system, send POs to vendors, and get print jobs approved by the customers
• Build relationships with new clients for their printing needs
• Pursue up-sell / cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base
• Process and build orders that come thru our cusotmers On-Deman Print Storefronts
• Help manage our customer Print On-Demand Storefronts by managing what printed materials should be availbale on the site
• Deliver a exceptional client expierence and earn commision on all print jobs invoiced

Qualifications of an experienced Printing Account Manager include:

• 2+ years of print industry experience and knowledge is a must
• Use of InDesign, Illustrator, & Adobe Creative Cloud is required
• Understanding of print production process and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers to understnd the project but also deepen relationship with client
• Proficient personal computer skills
• Self-Starter and decision maker to effectively manage clients needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
